  I have been a member of this gym for a little over a year and have loved every single minute of it. My only regret is that I didn’t give them a try sooner. The hands on technique and movement instruction, the focus on nutrition and mobility, and the balanced and well thought out WOD programming are all top notch. The owners, Kyle and Alima, are phenomenal people and still actively coach most classes throughout the week. Great comminity of members as well. Five stars, hands down!
